A MESSAGE FROM NIK

I’m very excited about the Programming I’m writing for She Fitness and their athletes.

The workouts are an elegant combination of strength training and conditioning or cardio.

​

STRENGTH - Gaining lean muscle mass and strength is extremely important for women, especially as

we age. As we age the body will start to drop any muscle that is not repeatedly used. We don’t want

that to happen…losing muscle mass will encourage weight gain as you will need fewer calories to

keep your body going. Lean muscle mass also creates a pleasing aesthetic, looking strong and

feminine work well together.

CONDITIONING/CARDIO – Most workouts will finish with a short cardio workout and you will be in

charge of the throttle. You can go as hard as you like or ease yourself into it. Dealers choice here.

Just increase your heart rate to get the benefit of cardiovascular exercise and burn a few more

calories. You’ll feel great for the rest of your day and sleep better at night.

Suitable for all levels and fitness abilities as you can choose your weights and scaling options.

First week is not one to be missed! You will be testing your strength so it can be re-tested at the end

of the 12 week cycle and you will be so motivated by your gains.
